Role Description The Liaison Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Jalandhar, responsible for coordinating communication between guests, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations across Haveli’s restaurant and banqueting divisions.



This role involves handling guest inquiries and feedback, supporting event coordination at The Heritage, and facilitating clear information flow between management, kitchen, service, and support staff. The Liaison Officer will maintain accurate records of interactions, prepare brief reports for leadership, and help resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include supporting customer service initiatives, assisting with staff training on communication standards, and representing Haveli’s brand values of authenticity, hygiene, and excellence in hospitality. The position requires regular on-site presence, flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts, and a strong focus on delivering a consistent and positive guest experience.
