Job Description: Executive – Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

Assistant Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, booking, and executing domestic and/or international tour packages. The role involves handling customer requirements, preparing itineraries and quotations, coordinating with hotels, transporters, guides and other travel partners, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.

The Executive is expected to provide prompt and skilled customer service while ensuring operational efficiency, competitive pricing, accuracy of bookings, and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Enquiries & Tour Planning
Handle customer enquiries received through telephone, email, website, walk-ins, and other channels.

Understand customers' travel requirements, including destination, travel dates, budget, number of travellers, accommodation preferences, and special requirements.

Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, sightseeing options,



transportation, and tour packages.

Design customized itineraries for individual travellers, families, groups, and corporate customers.

Follow up on enquiries and convert potential leads into confirmed bookings.
Itinerary & Quotation Preparation
Prepare detailed day-wise tour itineraries according to customer requirements.

Obtain rates from Internal PCO Teams (Product, Contracting & Operations), and through other Online Portals wherever required.

Prepare accurate and competitive tour quotations.
Calculate package costs, applicable taxes, service charges, mark-ups, and other expenses as per company policies.

Revise itineraries and quotations based on customer feedback and budget.
Booking & Reservation Management
Make and confirm reservations for:
Hotels and resorts, Air-tickets, wherever applicable
Local transportation and transfers , Sightseeing and excursions , Tour guides , A
