Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, Salesforce application testing, and test automation using Selenium. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionalities, automation framework development, API testing, and end-to-end testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications through manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Automate Salesforce application workflows, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and custom objects.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows,



validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning components.
• Perform testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce modules.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java or Python with Selenium.
• Perform API testing using Postman, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Validate data integrity, data migration, and backend data using SQL queries.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects using Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
• Integrate automated test scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Salesforce administrators to resolve defects.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, and QA status updates.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
