About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with strong experience in the construction and real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, developing client relationships, and converting prospects into successful projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the construction, residential, luxury villa, real estate, and property development sectors, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop current business opportunities in the construction and real estate market.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, digital channels, client references, and industry connections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, HNI clients, investors, developers, architects, consultants, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Design, Architecture, Estimation,



Project Management, and Execution teams to develop suitable proposals.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and project discussions.
• Handle the complete business development cycle from lead generation to negotiation and project closure.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and project-related information to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, timelines, and contractual requirements within company guidelines.
• Maintain a solid sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/business development targets.
• Develop new market opportunities and identify potential projects in targeted locations.
