Role Description This is a full-time, in office Property Sales Associate (Experienced) role based in Noida. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, lead follow-up, property presentations, site visits, and deal closure. The Property Sales Associate will consult with clients to understand their requirements, recommend suitable projects, negotiate terms,



and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes. The role also includes maintaining an updated knowledge of local market trends, contributing to sales targets, preparing basic sales reports, and representing Truevisory Realty professionally at client meetings and events.
Qualifications

• Robust client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide consultative selling.
• Proficiency in property sales activities such as lead generation, prospecting, site visits, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to manage documentation, basic contract understanding, and coordination with legal or administrative teams for smooth transactions.
