What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead the resolution of complex customer issues and escalations to strengthen customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Drive excellence across order management and order-to-cash processes to ensure accurate, productive,



and timely delivery of customer commitments.
• Partner with sales, supply chain, logistics, finance, and global stakeholders to remove process bottlenecks and improve service performance.
• Analyze customer service metrics and business data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and digital tools, to increase efficiency and service quality.

What We're Looking For
• Experience managing customer service, sales operations, order management, or order-to-cash processes in a manufacturing, industrial, or business-to-business environment.
• Robust understanding of ERP and customer relationship management systems, such as SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
