Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager (B2B Field Sales) role based in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore.



The role involves identifying and approaching potential corporate clients and exhibitors, conducting regular field visits, and building strong, long-term business relationships. The Business Development Manager will generate leads, present ABEC’s exhibition and conference solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales to meet revenue targets. The role includes collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with event strategies, maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts, and representing ABEC at industry events and client meetings. The individual will also gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to support recent exhibition formats and growth initiatives.
