Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our sales pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential business clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel until they successfully close. Since we operate on an outsourced and custom-solution model, your ability to understand client pain points and pitch the right IT services is key.

Key Responsibilities
• Market Research:



Identify and target potential B2B clients, startups, and enterprises in need of IT, cloud, or branding services.
• Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospective client needs and budget to ensure they align with our service offerings.
• Relationship Building: Present Nxtperson’s value proposition clearly and confidently to prospects.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and coordinate with our technical team to close deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales (experience in the IT/Software sector is a major plus).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an asset).
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle
