Role Description The Area Manager – Sourcing is a full time, in office role based in Noida,



responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing distribution and sourcing channels for life insurance products. This role involves planning and executing local sourcing strategies, building relationships with partners, intermediaries, and corporate channels, and ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion. The Area Manager monitors performance metrics, tracks sourcing pipeline, and works closely with sales and operations teams to achieve targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily activities include market mapping, competitor analysis, coaching channel partners on product offerings, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen ABSLI’s presence in the region. The role also requires regular reporting, forecasting, and collaboration with senior management to optimize area-level performance.
