Role Description The Polymers – Sales and Marketing role is a full time, in office position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and growing polymer sales by identifying recent business opportunities, developing relationships with existing and prospective customers, and achieving agreed sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating with internal technical and logistics teams, and responding to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information.



The role also involves supporting customer training and product demonstrations, monitoring competitor activity, and contributing to marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales reports.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet performance objectives.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support customer education, product onboarding, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Relevant qualifications in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
• Prior experience in polymers, specialty chemicals, or B2B industrial sales is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, travel for client meeting
