Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist – Agriculture will focus on driving sales and brand awareness for DCM Shriram’s agri-rural products, including crop care solutions, chemicals, and hybrid seeds. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and involves regular visits to distributors,



retailers, and agricultural customers to promote products and strengthen relationships. The specialist will conduct market research, identify recent business opportunities, and support the development and execution of sales and marketing plans. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, providing product demonstrations and training to channel partners and farmers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support. The role also requires preparing sales reports, tracking competitor activities, and participating in promotional events, field days, and farmer meetings.
