Role Description The Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Perintalmanna, responsible for driving revenue growth and client acquisition for Greens Fitness Online Solution. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation,



prospect qualification, consultations, and closures for fitness and wellness programs. The Sales Manager will build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable coaching and program packages. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with fitness and nutrition teams to align offerings with client expectations, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. The role also includes guiding and mentoring junior sales team members, ensuring high service standards, and representing the brand at local events and promotional activities.
