Role Description The Chartered Accountant – USA Accounting,



Payroll and State Tax role is a full time, on-site position based in Surat. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting for US-based clients, including maintaining general ledgers, posting journal entries, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end close. The skilled will be responsible for preparing and reviewing US tax returns, handling state and payroll tax compliance, and ensuring adherence to US GAAP and firm policies. Day-to-day work includes processing payroll, calculating payroll taxes, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and variance analysis. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and clients, responding to queries, participating in process improvements, and providing timely status updates.
