LoopGro is a full-funnel growth partner for Indian D2C brands across performance marketing, retention, CRO and creative strategy. We work as a fractional senior marketing team, not a traditional agency. That means every creative we make is judged by what it does in the funnel, not just how it looks.
The Role
You'll own the why behind every ad. You'll turn brand positioning and performance data into scroll-stopping video and static creative for Meta, Google, landing pages and organic social. You'll work with performance marketers, designers and video editors, and report directly to the founder.
What You'll Do
• Build full-funnel creative strategies (TOF/MOF/BOF) for each client, matching format, message and angle to the stage of the funnel.
• Write video scripts (UGC-style, talking head, product demo) and static concepts and copy, grounded in consumer psychology and real performance data.
• Turn messy inputs like founder calls,



brand decks and raw UGC footage into explicit briefs: visual specs for designers, and hooks, pacing and cut notes for editors.
• Read ad-level performance and act on it: hook rate, hold rate and thumb-stop for video; CTR for statics; CPA and ROAS across both. Spot creative fatigue early and decide what to iterate, kill or scale.
• Run a structured testing framework for every client, covering hooks, angles, formats and edits, with a transparent hypothesis behind each test.
• Keep the creative pipeline moving with design and editing so launches never depend on last-minute scrambles.
• Track what's working on Reels, carousels and single-image ads, and adapt it for categories like beauty, F&B;, kidswear and wellness.
• Occasionally script founder-led content (reels and carousels) for client personal brands.

What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years in performance creative, content strategy or brand marketing, ideally at an agency or D2C brand.
