Lead end-to-end Logistics, Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations across multi-location manufacturing and distribution networks, with responsibility for finished-goods inventory, demand and production planning, order fulfilment, dispatch, transportation, distribution and inventory control.
Drive warehouse operations, stock availability, inventory optimisation, inter-warehouse transfers, transporter and vendor management, logistics cost control and customer service performance. Manage SAP/ERP/WMS processes, KPI/MIS reporting, inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, manpower planning and operational improvement initiatives.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality and Customer Service teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow, optimum inventory levels and on-time delivery. Lead process improvements, warehouse infrastructure planning, compliance, audits,



safety and team performance across logistics operations.
