The Opportunity
We're looking for a senior business development/revenue leader to build and scale a current vertical from the ground up. This is a founder-like charter: you'll own the P&L;, define the go-to-market, and build the team around a business that doesn't fully exist yet.

This isn't a conventional sales role. We need someone who can operate as both a domain specialist and a strategic revenue architect, someone who understands the industry deeply enough to shape the right offers, structure the right deals, and know exactly where the growth is hiding.

What You'll Own
• Top-line growth & P&L; for the recent vertical — revenue, pricing strategy, margin, and cost management
• Domain & market expertise — competitor behavior, market seasonality,



regulatory shifts, and buyer personas, to accurately forecast demand and price for the market
• Strategic deal structuring — evaluating current partnerships, distribution channels, and enterprise packages for profitability before they're signed
• Partnership building — identifying and building the channel and partner ecosystem that will carry this vertical to scale
• Close collaboration with Sales — framing deal economics, setting discount limits, and designing partner/commission models that make growth sustainable, while Sales and Account teams drive active prospecting and closing
• Vertical strategy — spotting and sizing new growth opportunities, then building the revenue strategy to capture them
