Role Description The Assistant Manager Real Estate role is a full time, on-site position based in Satna, responsible for supporting the management of residential and commercial properties within the company’s portfolio. This role includes overseeing day-to-day property operations, coordinating and ensuring agreements and related documentation are accurate and up to date. The Assistant Manager Real Estate will assist with site visits, maintain property records,



track rentals and lease renewals, and support negotiations in line with company policies. The role also involves collaborating with internal construction, finance, and legal teams, monitoring market trends, and helping optimize occupancy and revenue. The individual in this position will be expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and support continuous improvement in real estate processes.
Qualifications

• Solid skills in Property Management and day-to-day administration of residential and commercial assets.
• Experience in Administration and working including documentation.
• Knowledge of Real Estate fundamentals, including local regulations, transaction processes, and market analysis.
• Exposure to Commercial Real Estate operations and portfolio management is preferred.
