Role Description The Customer Relations Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Medcity International Academy’s Kochi center.



This role is responsible for overseeing the learner and customer experience, including handling inquiries, guiding prospective learners through course and exam options, and managing admissions and enrollments. The Customer Relations Manager will maintain regular communication with learners and families, resolve issues, gather feedback, and coordinate with trainers and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Daily tasks include managing front office interactions, updating CRM systems and records, preparing reports on customer satisfaction, supporting marketing and outreach activities, and assisting with events, orientations, and information sessions. The role also involves implementing customer service standards, identifying areas for service improvement, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships and institutional reputation.
