The OpportunityWe aren't looking for someone to just click buttons in Ads Manager. We need a performance marketer and paid growth strategist who brings their own battle-tested campaign frameworks, creative direction, and funnel optimization techniques.

Consistently drive paid campaigns that generate at least 3 high-quality booked discovery calls per day on techpri.me's calendar.

What You’ll Do• Campaign Architecture & Management: Design, build, and scale paid lead-gen campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Funnel & Booking Optimization:



Build and optimize end-to-end conversion funnels—from ad copy and landing pages to VSLs and booking flows—ensuring low Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) and high lead intent.
• Hit Daily Appointment Targets: Secure 3+ qualified, booked discovery calls per day on techpri.me's calendar through optimized ad spend and targeting.
• Ad Copywriting & Creative Direction: Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate on static/video creative hooks that speak directly to decision-makers seeking AI automation solutions.
• Audience Targeting & Retargeting: Define Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs), set up custom retargeting stacks, lookalike audiences, and high-intent Google search keywords.
• Tracking & Analytics: Implement robust tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, CRM integrations) to ensure full-funnel attribution and accurate ROI reporting.
