Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive/Assistant Manager based in New Delhi. The role involves managing and growing B2B accounts, including institutional clients, distributors, and HoReCa partners, by building relationships, understanding business needs, and promoting Cremica’s product portfolio. Responsibilities include generating current leads, negotiating contracts, closing sales,



and meeting revenue and volume targets for assigned territories or key accounts. The role also requires regular market visits, competitor and pricing analysis, coordination with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and credit management, and preparation of periodic sales reports and forecasts. The B2B Sales Executive/Assistant Manager will also support promotional activities, product sampling, and customer feedback collection to strengthen Cremica’s market presence.
Qualifications

• Solid B2B sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in FMCG or food and beverage industry sales, preferably with institutional or HoReCa customers.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in basic MS
