About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) / Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities for our software development services.
This role is not a telemarketing position. We are looking for someone who understands B2B sales and enjoys building relationships with decision-makers.
Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, initiate conversations,



nurture prospects, and schedule qualified meetings with our founder.

Responsibilities• Research companies that require custom software development services.
• Identify founders, CEOs, CTOs, Product Managers, and other decision-makers.
• Generate high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clutch, company websites, and other lead sources.
• Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
• Write personalized outreach messages instead of generic templates.
• Follow up with prospects consistently.
• Qualify potential clients based on their business needs, budget, and project requirements.
• Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
• Maintain an organized CRM with accurate prospect information and communication history.
• Work closely with the founder to improve outreach strategies.
• Suggest recent lead generation techniques
