Job Designation : Team Head Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
• Set daily/weekly targets and ensure the team achieves sales goals.
• Assist team members with calls, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Conduct regular training and performance review sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for process alignment.
• Prepare reports on sales performance,



conversion metrics, and team progress.
• Improve sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Handle escalated cases from team members and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a high-performance and positive work workplace.

Requirements
• Minimum 1.5 years of overall sales experience (mandatory).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in team handling/leadership (mandatory).
• Experience in ed-tech sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of target achievement.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a sales team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
