Designation: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with 8+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience to drive our hiring strategy across both Technical (IT) and Business (Non-IT) domains. In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers and key business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, build robust talent pipelines, and execute targeted sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for complex IT (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers) and Non-IT (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) roles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership—aligning on job specifications, setting realistic timeline expectations, and providing market intelligence.
• Advanced Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively map target companies and headhunt passive, top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, boolean search queries,



and industry networks.
• Candidate Experience: Drive an engaging, transparent, and positive candidate journey from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Track key talent acquisition metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health) to continuously optimize sourcing channels and hiring velocity.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: 8+ years of proven full-lifecycle recruiting experience covering both IT and Non-IT positions (agency, corporate, or hybrid context).
• Tool Proficiency: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, up-to-date Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and diverse job boards/sourcing platforms.
• Headhunting Expertise: Exceptional cold-outreach skills with a track record of sourcing and closing hard-to-fill passive candidates.
• Communication & Negotiation: Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to influence hiring decisio
