Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue current business opportunities,



build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, and channel partners, and drive sales of commercial, residential, and investment properties. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing trends in the Pune and Mumbai real estate markets, and developing tailored sales strategies and proposals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams on project initiation, plotting, launch, and marketing activities, ensuring that client requirements and timelines are met. Daily responsibilities include client meetings and site visits, negotiation and closure of deals, pipeline and CRM management, and preparation of regular performance reports and forecasts for leadership.
