Role Description This is a full time, in office Mutual Fund Operations role based in Surat. The role involves handling end-to-end operational processes for mutual fund investments, including processing transactions, monitoring SIPs,
and ensuring accurate client onboarding and documentation. The team member will coordinate with registrars, mutual fund houses, and internal stakeholders to reconcile data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date records. They will support compliance activities by verifying adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines, preparing operational reports, and assisting with audits. The role also includes responding to client and partner queries related to transactions, statements, and account information, while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational workflows.
