The Role
We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven leader to generate qualified leads, build a robust sales pipeline and close Open Access solar and BESS projects.
Based in Nashik, you will own the sales cycle—from identifying customers and engaging decision-makers to developing proposals, negotiating commercial terms and securing signed contracts.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate recent business through direct outreach, industry networks, referrals, channel partners and industrial associations.
• Identify and qualify commercial and industrial customers for Open Access solar, BESS and integrated energy solutions.
• Build relationships with promoters, plant heads, CFOs, procurement teams and energy managers.
• Understand customer electricity consumption, tariffs,



load profiles and operational requirements to identify suitable solutions.
• Work with technical and finance teams to prepare proposals, savings assessments and commercial offers.
• Lead presentations, negotiations and contract closure for PPAs and project sales, as applicable.
• Engage developers, investors and technology partners to structure competitive customer offerings.
• Own agreed targets for qualified pipeline, project capacity, revenue, margins and closures.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and follow-up discipline.
• Build and mentor the sales team as the business grows.

Required Experience & Skills
• Prior experience in renewable energy sales or business development is mandatory, with relevant exposure to Open Access solar and/or BESS.
• A demonstrable track record of independently generating leads and closing commercial or industrial energy projects.
