We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional with strong hands-on experience in E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms, along with a valuable understanding of D2C, Meta and Google Ads.
The candidate will primarily be responsible for driving E-commerce and Quick Commerce sales, advertising performance, visibility, ROI and SKU-level growth while working closely with E-commerce, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Marketing teams.
Robust Excel and data-analysis skills are essential for managing SKU-level performance, sales reports, inventory data, budgets and business dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Performance Marketing – Primary Responsibility
• Manage and optimize advertising activities across major E-commerce marketplaces, primarily Amazon and other relevant platforms.
• Plan marketplace advertising strategies based on sales targets, product launches, promotional events and business priorities.
• Manage and optimize Amazon Ads / marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Analyze SKU/ASIN-level sales, traffic, conversion, advertising spends, ROAS and ACOS.




• Identify high-potential SKUs and prospects to scale sales.
• Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend corrective actions.
• Plan advertising budgets based on sales targets, seasonality, events and inventory availability.
• Monitor marketplace visibility, keyword performance and competitive activity.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams for POs, inventory, pricing, promotions, new launches and listing requirements.
• Ensure advertising plans are aligned with product availability and inventory levels.
Quick Commerce – Primary Responsibility
• Manage and drive performance across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other Quick Commerce platforms.
• Plan advertising and promotional strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Analyze SKU-level sales, spends, ROAS, visibility, availability and inventory.
