We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Manager with 8–10 years of relevant experience (or more) to manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, senior management, and directors.

The candidate should have robust connections with airlines, airport representatives, railway authorities, travel agencies, and other travel service providers to ensure seamless and timely travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
Senior Management and Director Travel

Manage priority and confidential travel arrangements for Directors, senior management, and VIP guests.

Maintain flexibility for urgent and last-minute travel requirements.
Airline, Airport and Railway Coordination

Maintain skilled relationships with airline representatives, airport authorities, railway representatives, and travel partners.

Coordinate special requirements, priority services, schedule changes, and other travel-related assistance.
International Travel Management

Handle international flight bookings, visa coordination, travel insurance, and documentation.





Coordinate with embassies, visa consultants, or authorized agencies wherever required.
Travel Policy and Cost Control

Ensure bookings are made in accordance with company travel policies.

Monitor travel expenses and identify prospects for cost optimization without compromising convenience.
Emergency and 24×7 Travel Support

Handle urgent travel changes, cancellations, missed connections, flight disruptions, and other travel emergencies.

Be available for critical travel support when required.
Vendor Management

Evaluate and coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, cab operators, and other vendors.

Negotiate corporate rates and service terms where applicable.
MIS and Expense Tracking

Maintain a detailed database of travel bookings, expenses, invoices, cancellations, and vendor payments.

Prepare periodic travel MIS and expense reports for management.
