About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can take ownership of lead generation, client acquisition, sales conversion, and relationship building.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in generating business, comfortable with client meetings and negotiations, and passionate about working in the wedding, photography, events, media, or creative industry.

Key Responsibilities• Generate recent business leads through networking, referrals, social media, online enquiries, partnerships, and industry contacts.
• Handle incoming enquiries and understand clients' requirements, budgets, and expectations.
• Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Present and pitch photography, cinematography, pre-wedding, wedding, corporate event, and other creative services.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, packages, and presentations.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.




• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wedding planners, event agencies, venues, corporates, and other business partners.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the photography, cinematography, editing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Ensure clients receive timely updates and a professional experience throughout the sales process.
• Generate repeat business, referrals, and long-term client relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
