Role Summary

Sciente is building a global lead generation function and is looking for a Sales Development Representative to research, identify and engage prospective clients across regions, and to generate qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

This is a high activity role that also demands quality. Outreach is expected to be researched and specific to each prospect rather than templated.

Messaging differs by region. For North America you will prospect broadly across industries with the full technology consulting and IT services portfolio.



For APAC you will prospect within insurance and financial services with our specialist offerings. You will be expected to work confidently with both narratives.

The role is structured as a development path into a full cycle business development position for those who perform consistently.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain target account and contact lists across assigned regions using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or Apollo, industry databases and direct research.
• Execute multi channel outbound cadences at consistent daily volume through calls, personalised email and LinkedIn.
• Research each account before first contact and personalise outreach accordingly.
• Adapt messaging by region, applying broad based IT services positioning for North America and insurance and financial services positioning for APAC.
• Qualify inbound enquiries from the website, campaigns, webinars and events and route them to the appropriate Business Development Manage
