• Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager – B2E role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will drive business-to-enterprise sales for SecureNova’s technology and security solutions, focusing on smart infrastructure, video intelligence, and governance platforms. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying current enterprise leads,



managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals and tenders. The role involves close collaboration with technical and project teams to understand solution capabilities, customize offerings, and support proof-of-concept or pilot deployments. The Sales Manager will negotiate contracts, maintain relationships with key decision-makers, track market trends and competitor activity, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership. IT knowledge is preferred to effectively communicate solution value and align offerings with client requirements.
