Role Description The Co-Founder with Investment role is a full-time, in office position based in Kolkata. This role involves collaborating on the organization’s vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap, while providing capital investment and actively contributing to business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping service offerings, refining the life planning framework, and overseeing key initiatives in coaching, client engagement,



and partnership development. The Co-Founder will work closely with the founding team to drive sales and marketing activities, conduct market and client research, and build sustainable business processes. The role also includes participating in strategic decision-making, representing Atmadhruti at events and meetings, and nurturing a purpose-driven, inclusive organizational culture.
