Role Description The Head Sales & Marketing – Cattle Feed is a full-time, hybrid role based in Recent Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for leading sales and marketing strategies for cattle feed products, including planning, executing, and monitoring sales targets across territories. Daily activities include managing key accounts and distribution channels, guiding field sales teams, analyzing market trends and customer data, and developing promotional campaigns for dealers and end customers. The position involves regular visits to markets and farms,



coordination with production and logistics teams to align supply with demand, and reporting performance metrics to senior leadership. The role also includes mentoring team members, optimizing pricing and schemes, and ensuring consistent brand positioning in all sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications

• Solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, expand market coverage, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in Account Management for managing key distributors, dealers, and strategic customers in the cattle feed segment.
