Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving growth by identifying and nurturing prospective students and institutional partners. Day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to identify new opportunities,



and promoting Envision’s services through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels. The role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with prospective students, parents, and partner institutions, providing clear information about programs, countries, and application processes. The specialist collaborates with counseling and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through enrollment, while tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing to business development strategies and campaigns.
