Technical Customer Success Manager
We’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) who can combine customer success, technical problem-solving, and commercial thinking to help customers get maximum value from our platform.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving complex problems, and working with both technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll do• Manage a portfolio of customers and drive adoption, retention, and value realization.
• Own customer onboarding and ensure customers achieve their intended outcomes.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers identify and implement the right solutions.
• Lead strategic customer conversations, including QBRs/EBRs.
• Identify customer risks, opportunities, and potential expansion areas.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support to drive customer outcomes.
• Maintain solid customer documentation and manage multiple workstreams effectively.

What we're looking for• Experience as a CSM, Technical CSM, TAM, Solutions Consultant,



or similar customer-facing technology role.
• Robust SaaS / B2B technology experience.
• Robust technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Experience working with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with QBRs/EBRs and strategic customer conversations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to have• Experience with Salesforce or Customer Success platforms such as ChurnZero, Catalyst, or Planhat.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• JavaScript or other scripting experience.
• Experience building or configuring applications.
• GIS / mobile forms / construction technology experience.
