Role Description The Customer Support Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The individual will handle customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, and deliver timely support for medical diagnostic equipment installed at healthcare facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues,



performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and conducting in office service visits. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and the principal partner for escalations, documenting service activities, and ensuring compliance with service standards. The Customer Support Engineer will also support product installations, train end users on proper device operation, and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality.
Qualifications
