We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents in selecting suitable higher education programs and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding MBA, PGDM, Engineering, Management, and other higher education programs.
• Understand students' career goals, academic background, and requirements.
• Recommend suitable colleges and courses based on student requirements.
• Generate and follow up with leads through calls, referrals, and online inquiries.
• Communicate with students and parents and address their queries.
• Handle objections and assist students throughout the admission process.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Stay updated on university admissions, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and relevant trends.
