Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Unchahara. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers,



presenting solar solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, conduct product demonstrations, deliver training and informational sessions to clients, and maintain solid customer relationships through responsive service. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with engineering and operations teams, tracking sales performance, and contributing to local promotional activities and events. The role requires consistent fieldwork, market research, and follow-up to drive business growth and increase brand visibility.
