Role Description The Excel Data Entry Operator is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product, inventory, and sales data in Excel spreadsheets and internal databases. Responsibilities include verifying data for completeness and correctness, performing basic data validation and formatting, and organizing records for easy retrieval and reporting. The operator will support the textiles and sales teams by preparing easy reports,



updating price lists and product details, and coordinating with colleagues to resolve data discrepancies. The role requires consistent attention to detail, the ability to meet daily and weekly data entry targets, and adherence to company data management procedures.
Qualifications

• Solid Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, formatting, basic formulas, and working with tables.
• Accuracy-focused data management skills, such as data validation, checking for errors, and maintaining organized records.
