Role Description The Project Assistant role at R K SWAMY Limited is a full time, in office position based in Mumbai.



The Project Assistant will support project managers and account teams in planning, coordinating, and tracking marketing and research projects across various client accounts. Daily tasks include organizing project documentation, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, managing timelines, and following up with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. The role also involves assisting with data collection, basic analysis, and quality checks, as well as updating project management tools and maintaining accurate records. The Project Assistant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in creative, media, analytics, and research to help ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client engagements.
