Job Title: Content / Video Editor (Full time)
Objective:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-caliber Editor to polish and elevate our content output. You will turn raw drafts and footage into publish-ready, high-performing assets that capture audience attention and reflect our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit, refine and structure raw content into polished deliverables.

Ensure brand voice, tone, style and formatting guidelines are met consistently across all pieces.

Fact-check, correct structural flaws, eliminate awkward pacing and fix technical/grammatical errors.

Optimize content for platform-specific formats and audience habits (hooks, timing, layout, captions).

Deliver completed assets on schedule and handle feedback loops efficiently.

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional editing experience (Text or Video).

Solid portfolio showing published work or transparent "before and after" editing examples.

Mastery of standard industry tools (Text: Google Docs, CMS, Grammar tools | Video: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

Sharp eye for detail, pacing and visual/narrative flow.
