Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full time, in office role based in Pimpri Chinchwad.



This role is responsible for managing and optimizing CRM processes to support the lending lifecycle, including tracking customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to analyze customer data, identify engagement prospects, and support revenue and retention initiatives. Daily tasks include configuring and using CRM tools, preparing reports and dashboards, monitoring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries or issues in a skilled and solution-oriented manner. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, supporting CRM-related projects, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and data security standards.
