Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Internal Audit and IFC Professional. The role involves planning and executing internal audits, reviewing internal controls, and assessing compliance with established policies, processes, and regulatory requirements. The professional will perform walkthroughs and testing of Internal Financial Controls (IFC), document findings,



and prepare clear, structured working papers and reports. Responsibilities include identifying control gaps and process improvement opportunities, recommending practical solutions, and following up on implementation status. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting client management in risk mitigation initiatives, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of audit methodologies and tools.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in internal audit, internal controls, and risk assessment, including experience with IFC design, implementation, and testing.
• Ability to document processes, prepare audit reports, and present findings and recommendations in a explicit, concise manner.
• Comfort working with data and analytics tools for audit sampling, trend analysis, and control testing.
