Role Description The Technical Sales Host role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.
This role involves welcoming visitors and clients, managing front-desk interactions, and providing explicit information about Refnic’s technical solutions and services. The Technical Sales Host supports the sales team by handling inquiries, coordinating appointments and meetings, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and reservations. Daily activities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, guiding visitors to the appropriate teams, and ensuring a professional and organized reception area. The role also involves assisting with basic sales documentation, preparing meeting materials, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented environment for clients and internal stakeholders.
