Role Purpose

The Showroom Head is responsible for the overall performance and management of the store. The role owns sales, customer experience, team performance, store standards, operations and brand presentation, ensuring that the store consistently reflects the positioning and standards of The House of Angadi

Key Responsibilities

Business & Sales
a) Own the store's revenue and sales targets.
b) Drive conversion, average transaction value and repeat business.
c) Personally engage with high-value, VIP and important customers.
d) Build and maintain a strong client book and drive repeat purchases.
e) Review daily and monthly performance and take corrective action.

Customer Experience
a) Ensure every customer receives a highly personalised and elevated experience.
b) Personally oversee significant customer journeys, appointments and purchases.
c) Handle escalated customer situations with discretion and professionalism.
d) Build long-term relationships with key clients.

People
a) Lead, coach and develop the store team.
b) Set explicit expectations for sales, service,



grooming and conduct.
c) Allocate responsibilities and monitor individual performance.
d) Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.
e) Build a disciplined, collaborative and skilled team culture.

Store & Operations
a) Ensure the store is fully operational and customer-ready at all times.
b) Maintain stock accuracy, security, housekeeping and operational discipline.
c) Ensure all SOPs, reporting and compliance requirements are followed.
d) Coordinate with Head Office on inventory, VM, marketing, alterations, logistics and other requirements.
e) Ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Brand
a) Maintain the showroom's visual, service and brand standards.
b) Ensure product presentation, staff grooming and store ambience meet luxury standards.
c) Ensure the team demonstrates strong product knowledge and communicates the brand appropriately.

Candidate Profile
a) Minimum 15 years
