ABOUT DRIP LABSDrip Labs is building a physician-led premium healthcare and wellness brand at the intersection of:
IV Therapy × Functional Health × Aesthetics × Recovery × Longevity × Preventive Wellness
We are looking for a Brand Manager & Social Media Strategist who can help build Drip Labs into a distinctive, trusted and high-growth brand.
This is not a conventional social media posting role. We need someone who can combine brand strategy, content, social media, campaigns, creators, team leadership and hands-on execution.

THE ROLEYou will own the evolution and growth of the Drip Labs brand across social and digital channels.
You will work closely with the Founder, doctors, clinical team, creative team, business development, agencies and creators to turn medical expertise and brand vision into compelling content, campaigns, audience growth and measurable business outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN1. BRAND STRATEGY & POSITIONING
Build a distinctive,



premium and credible Drip Labs identity across every digital touchpoint.
• Own brand messaging, tone, storytelling and content pillars
• Maintain consistency across social, campaigns and digital platforms
• Strengthen Drip Labs' positioning in IV wellness, functional health, aesthetics, recovery and longevity
CONTENT ENGINE
Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality, high-performing content.
• Reels, short-form video, carousels, Stories, founder content and educational content
• Doctor-led and expert-led healthcare content
• Patient experiences, brand stories and campaign content
• Convert one expert session/shoot into multiple high-value content assets
• Own content calendars, briefs, concepts and production flow

Outcome: Higher-quality content, stronger reach, engagement, authority and audience interest.
