We're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to independently own a portfolio of 4–6 client accounts, many of them brands that are launching or building their identity from the ground up.

You'll lead client relationships, guide a small team, and put the systems in place that help the agency run smoothly as we scale.

What You'll Do

Account Ownership & Strategy
• Independently manage 4–6 client accounts end to end, from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Build social strategy for brands at launch stage: positioning, content pillars, tone of voice, and rollout plans.
• Own monthly content calendars and campaign strategies for each account.
• Set creative direction and moodboards suited to each brand.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, and what's working in each category.





Client Servicing
• Be the primary point of contact for your clients and the person they trust.
• Run client calls independently: monthly reviews, strategy presentations, feedback, and approvals.
• Manage expectations, timelines, and escalations proactively, looping in the founder only where needed.

Team Leadership & Systems
• Manage and mentor the team members who report to you (SMMs, interns, and freelancers).
• Build and maintain systems for how the team works: workflows, SOPs, approval processes, trackers, and timelines.
• Delegate clearly, review work, and hold a high bar on quality.
• Spot bottlenecks early and fix them before they reach the client.

Production & Creative Oversight
• Brief and coordinate shoots with photographers, videographers, and the design team.
• Understand production well enough to plan shoots, estimate effort, and review output. You won't be shooting or editing yourself.
