Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Content - Creative & Visuals Executive to create and execute written, visual and multimedia content, including graphic designing, video shoots and social media, while working closely with the Team Lead.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of the brand, its products, textiles, craftsmanship, people and values.
• Research and uncover stories, ideas and insights that make the brand distinctive.
• Work closely with the Team Lead to execute content and editorial calendars.
• Write and edit content for Instagram, LinkedIn, website, email, retailer communication, sales materials, trade shows, PR and other platforms.
• Create social media creatives, campaign assets, promotional graphics and other visual content.
• Handle graphic designing for social media posts, stories,



reels covers, presentations and brand communication.
• Plan, coordinate and participate in video shoots, including product, campaign, behind-the-scenes and interview content.
• Create and edit short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, with basic cuts, transitions, text overlays and music.
• Adapt brand stories into relevant content across different audiences and mediums.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies and other creative resources when required.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, visual identity and content quality.
• Monitor content performance and audience engagement, and share learnings with the team.
• Take ownership of day-to-day content creation and ensure timely execution of assigned projects.
