Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in New Delhi. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations for clients and project stakeholders. The specialist will build and maintain robust customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.



Daily responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams on promotional activities, and gathering market insights to refine strategy. The role also includes preparing sales reports, supporting training sessions for channel partners or internal teams, and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide qualified support.
• Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within construction, plumbing, or building materials sectors.
• Exposure to Sales Management and Training activities, such as guiding channel partners or junior team members and supporting product knowledge sessions.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales and marketing strategies.
