Role Description The corporate soft skills Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance communication, teamwork, leadership, and qualified behavior for corporate participants. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-person training sessions, facilitating interactive workshops, preparing learning materials and presentations, and customizing content to the needs of different client organizations. The Trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training offerings with client requirements and industry standards. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular coordination with corporate clients and support in other Skillslearn Academy initiatives as needed.
Qualifications




• Solid soft skills training capabilities, including communication, presentation, facilitation, and classroom management.
• Experience in corporate training domains such as leadership development, teamwork, conflict resolution, and qualified etiquette.
• Ability to design and structure training content, develop lesson plans, and create engaging training materials and activities.
• Skills in learner assessment, feedback delivery, and basic training evaluation and reporting.
• Comfort working with diverse participant groups, including early-career professionals, rural and urban learners, and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree or certification in Training, Education, HR, or Psychology is an advantage.
• Prior experience as a corporate trainer or soft skills facilitator, preferably in large organizations or training institutes.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of addition
